Currently students go to The Three Broomsticks and Zonko's, while professors go to various locations including Hog's Head. Students and professors go to Hogsmeade on weekends. (Warning: it's a long walk and they don't run. You can actually follow them even to Hogsmeade. NPCs physically walk to Hogsmeade, Great Hall, their common rooms, their default sandbox location. Vendors will leave at night and go to their homes in other towns (Hamlets). Professors walks around the castle at night. I tend to go for mods that improve my sense of immersion and roleplay as opposed to silly/funny ones. The Hogwarts Legacy modding scene has predictably exploded and only a month or so in we are starting to see some real cool things come out.
